We've been at 1701-01 in the Hsidc Industrial Estate here in Rai for a while now. Surgicoin Medequip Pvt Ltd is basically a group of us working out of this spot, handling medical equipment every day. It’s an industrial area, so it gets pretty busy around here with all the trucks and deliveries coming through. We mostly just focus on getting the gear out to the hospitals and clinics that need it. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we manage. The building isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can store and move the inventory. We’ve seen the estate change a lot over the years. Some people have been with us since the start, while others are newer. It's a lot of manual work, checking boxes and making sure everything is where it should be before it leaves the warehouse. We usually have tea together in the afternoons when things slow down a bit. Rai isn't a bad place to work, even if the commute can be a pain during the monsoon. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. Most of our day is spent on the phone or in the back checking the stock. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People mostly find us because they know where we are in the industrial estate. It's just us, the equipment, and the daily routine.
