Roulunds Braking Ind. Pvt. Ltd. Sonipat (Harayana)

Out here in Sonepat, specifically in the Livaspur area of Bahalgarh, things are a bit quieter than the city. Roulunds Braking has been set up here for a bit. It’s a decent sized spot. We focus on brakes, which is pretty much what the name says. The road to get here can be dusty depending on the season. We spend a lot of time on the factory floor. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. Most of us are in work clothes that get dirty pretty fast. There’s a lot of metal and specialized equipment around. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everything is running at once. We have a canteen where most of the staff eats lunch together. It’s mostly just talk about family or what’s for dinner. We aren't trying to be some massive international corporation with a hundred layers of bosses. It’s more direct than that. If there’s a problem with a batch, we just talk it out and fix it. Sonepat has changed a lot over the years with all the new industry coming in, but we’ve stayed mostly the same. We just keep producing what we need to. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We don’t have a fancy reception area with flowers. It’s just an office and a factory. That’s what we do every day from morning until the shift ends.
