Our place is out in Kundli, at 153-F in the EPIP area. If you’ve ever been out this way, you know it’s a lot of industrial activity. It’s not a fancy spot, just a practical one for what we do. We spend most of our time on the shop floor or handling the logistics of getting things in and out. The air is always full of the sound of machines and trucks passing by. We’ve been here for a few years and it’s a good spot for us. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we’ve got some fans that keep things moving. We don’t really bother with big meetings or corporate stuff. If something needs fixing, we just go out and fix it. It’s a hands-on kind of environment. Most of the guys here have been with us since the start. We know each other's families and what’s going on. It makes the day go faster. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent business and stay busy. The paperwork is the part I like the least, but it has to get done so the orders don't get stuck. We keep a simple routine. Coffee in the morning, work until lunch, and then push through until the evening. It’s steady and it works for us. That’s just how Puneet Enterprises operates on a day-to-day basis without any unnecessary complications.
