We are situated at 1226 in the Hsiidc Industrial Estate, specifically in Phase V of Rai, Sonepat. This is up in Haryana, 131 029. Packwell Paper Tube Industries is a place where you’ll hear the constant hum of machines. We make paper tubes of all sorts. The air usually smells a bit like glue and recycled paper. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it’s where we do our business. We’ve got a lot of heavy equipment and rolls of paper stacked up high. The staff here knows the machines inside and out. We spend our shifts making sure the tubes are the right size and that the orders are ready for the trucks. Rai is a big hub for this kind of work, so we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. It’s a dusty place sometimes, especially when the wind picks up across the Haryana plains. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website team. We just answer the landline and talk to our regular customers. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing a motor or a belt. That’s just part of the job. It’s honest work and we’ve been at it for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that stays busy in Phase V. Most of us have lived in Sonepat our whole lives.
