DKMM Construction Material is located out near the Saboli Cold Storage. If you are looking for us, we are at Kh. No. 21/1/1 in the Kundli area. It’s a bit of a dusty spot because of all the construction supplies we move around every day. We handle a lot of heavy stuff, so there is usually a truck or two idling nearby or loading up for a delivery. The yard is where most of the action happens. It isn't the quietest place to work, but we like being out in the open air for most of the day. Being near the cold storage makes it easy to give people directions. We have a small office where we handle the paperwork, but most of us prefer being outside with the materials. We’ve seen the Kundli area change a lot over the years, with more buildings going up all the time. It keeps us busy, which is a good thing. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the inventory, and the customers who stop by needing supplies for their projects. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the right materials loaded up correctly. Sometimes the rain slows us down and makes the yard a bit muddy, but otherwise, it is business as usual from morning until the sun goes down. We've got a good system for organizing the gravel and sand.
