Our office is tucked away in Sonipat, specifically in the Kath Mandi area. It’s on Inder Lok Gali, which is one of those narrow lanes that can be a bit tricky if you aren't from around here. The building number is 23/272,D. We’ve been operating out of this spot in Haryana for a while now. It’s a recruitment office, so we spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people who walk in looking for work. The office is pretty basic. We have a few old wooden desks and some plastic chairs for people to sit while they wait their turn. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. It’s more like a local hub where people come when they need a job. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor is just plain cement. We get a lot of noise from the market nearby, which is just part of being in Kath Mandi. We don't have a big website or anything fancy; most people just hear about us through word of mouth. We sit here from morning until evening, trying to help people find something that fits their skills. It’s honest work and we like being right in the middle of the town. There is always someone new walking through the door with their papers in a folder, hoping for a decent break.
