About Architect Abhika Bohra – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Sonepat
I’ve got my office at 870, Sector 15, which is right near the main Sector 15 market. It’s a busy place to be, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. I’m Abhika Bohra, and I work as an architect from this small space. Most of my time is spent looking at floor plans or talking to people about their homes and how they want to change them. Architecture can be a bit of a headache sometimes. You plan for one thing, and then you find out the walls are thicker than you thought or the plumbing is in a weird spot. We just handle those issues as they come up. I don't really like using complicated words to describe what I do. It is mostly just about figuring out how to make a room feel right and making sure the stairs aren't in the way. If you walk past the shop, you might see me working late or just sorting through a pile of tile samples. I don't have a big corporate lobby or anyone to answer the phones for me. It’s just me, a desk, and a lot of sketches. Sometimes people just drop in because they saw the sign while they were out getting groceries. That’s okay with me. I try to keep things practical and honest. Architecture is basically just solving a lot of small puzzles until the whole building makes sense. I just take things one project at a time.
