Trident Hilton

This isn’t a massive resort like you might see in a magazine. It is more of a functional spot for people working or traveling through the Sonebhadra district. The area is very industrial and the landscape is quite different from what you find in Delhi or Mumbai. It gets incredibly dusty here because of all the local activity. Our building is a simple structure that keeps the heat out. We focus on getting people their rooms and making sure the basic things like water and electricity are working fine. It’s a lot of work just maintaining a building in this climate. The staff here is mostly local folks who know the area well. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. We just keep things clean and ready for whoever shows up. Sometimes people are surprised to find us out here, but we've been part of this sector for a while. The roads around Dalla can be a bit rough, so we are used to people arriving a bit tired. We don't make a big deal out of things. We just do our shifts and go home. It’s a straightforward operation for a place like Sonebhadra.
