Tata Telcon

We are tucked away in the Hindalco Colony at SR-39 in Renukoot. It's a specific part of Sonebhadra in Uttar Pradesh, right in the middle of a very industrial area. Working for Telcon from here means we are surrounded by the sounds of the colony and the nearby plants. It’s a tight-knit community where everyone kind of knows everyone else. Our office is a simple one, located within the residential and staff quarters area. We handle the local operations and whatever comes across our desks during the week. Life in 231217 revolves mostly around the industrial shifts. We don't have any polished presentations or marketing experts here. It’s just us, some old desks, and the daily logs we have to fill out. The weather gets really hot in this part of U.P., so we try to get most of our heavy work done in the cooler mornings before the sun really hits. We’ve been based in this colony for quite a while, and it feels like a second home to most of the crew. We focus on the machinery and the technical side of things without much talk. It’s a straightforward existence with no frills. If you are ever near the Hindalco area, you’ll find us doing our usual routine. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we're just here to do the job and go home to our families.
