Star Cement

We’ve been over here in Sonebhadra for a good while, specifically in the Turra Piperi area. It’s a dusty place, honestly, but that’s just how it goes when you’re working with cement every day. Star Cement is basically just us trying to keep up with what the local builders need for their projects around UP. The sun gets really hot out here in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy loading done early if we can help it. Our spot at Q A 16 is pretty easy to find if you know the road. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a practical space where we store things and take orders. Most of the guys here have lived in this part of Sonebhadra their whole lives, so we know the shortcuts and how the weather affects the deliveries. Sometimes the trucks get stuck or there’s a delay with the supply, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write nice speeches for us. We just focus on getting the bags where they need to go without too much fuss. If someone needs a few bags for a small repair or a whole lot for a new wall, we just write it down in the ledger and get to work. It's a simple way of doing things, but it works for us and the people around here.
