This is Ishita Buildcon and Mining Works. Our main place is at House Number 19/32 in the Ram Mandir Colony in Obra. We are out in Sonbhadra, which is a bit of a different environment than the big cities. We do a mix of things here. Construction is one part of it, but we also deal with mining works. It’s a tough line of work, honestly. The sun out here can be brutal when you’re out in the fields or at a site for hours. We have a small team that knows how to handle the machinery and the terrain. Our office is just a regular house in the colony. It’s where we keep all the records and where the guys meet up in the morning to talk about the day’s plan over some tea. We don’t go for any of that corporate talk. We just tell you what we can do and how long it’ll take. Sometimes equipment breaks down or the ground is harder than we thought, and that slows things down. That’s just the way it is with mining and building. We’ve lived in Sonbhadra for a long time, so we’re used to the way things work around here. We just try to keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s not always pretty, but we make sure it’s done right. We’re just a local business trying to do our part in the community. It's a lot of sweat and dirt, but it's what we know.
