You can find us at A 3/20 in the Somnath Industrial Estate. It’s right in the Gddidc area of Somnath. We’ve been operating Kaisha Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. out of this building for quite some years. It’s a typical manufacturing setup. We have the main production area and a small corner where we keep the records. It isn't a place for suits and ties. Most of us are in work clothes because things can get a bit messy on the line. We make various goods, mostly focus on the assembly and packing parts of the process. The industrial estate is always humming with noise from all the different units. We are just one of many, but we take care of our own corner. The floors are concrete and the lights are those long tubes that buzz a little. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather keep the machines maintained. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting near the entrance where there is a bit of a breeze. We deal with suppliers and local distributors who know the Somnath area well. It’s a straightforward business. We get the raw materials at the back, process them, and then load the trucks at the front. It’s steady work and we like it that way. No big corporate meetings, just figuring out the schedule for the week and making sure the orders are filled. We just keep our heads down and get the manufacturing done as per the daily plan.
