Vithi Clinic

We spend most of our time here in Avanti Nagar on Barshi Road. It is right near Tane Guruji School, so we hear the kids and the school bells all day long. The clinic isn't fancy. We open up early, sweep the floor, and wait for people to come in. Sometimes the traffic on Barshi Road gets loud, but that is just how it is here. Most folks know where we are because of the school. We have a few chairs in the front for people to sit while they wait their turn. It gets dusty because of the road, so we are always cleaning the glass and the counters. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon, but for now, they are fine. We keep some old magazines on the table, though nobody really reads them much anymore since everyone has a phone. There is a small desk where we keep the files and a fan that makes a bit of clicking noise when it is on high. It is a simple place. We know the neighbors and the shopkeepers nearby. When it rains, the water puddles up a bit near the entrance, and we have to put a mat down so people don't slip. It is just a regular day-to-day life here at the clinic. We show up, do the work, and go home when the sun goes down and the street lights start to flicker on. It’s been our routine for years.
