THREADS & COLORS TEXTILE CONFEDERATION SOLAPUR

We are located out in the MIDC area of Solapur, specifically at Plot No. B-82. We are pretty close to the Annapurn Adal Mill, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Solapur is known for its textiles, and we are part of that whole scene. Our space is more of a functional unit than a typical office. We have piles of fabrics and thread samples around the place. It is often a bit noisy because of the machinery nearby in the industrial zone, but that is just the sound of work being done. We handle various textile projects, working with different colors and materials. It is not a glamorous job, it is mostly dealing with weavers, checking the quality of the cloth, and making sure the orders are packed right. The dust from the mills is just part of the daily life here. We do not have a big HR department or fancy titles. We just have people who know how to handle fabric and keep the machines running. We spend our days on the factory floor or at our small desks checking the numbers. It is usually hot in Solapur, so we mostly just try to stay cool and get the shipments out on time. We are just a group of textile workers and managers doing our bit in the MIDC. Most of the people working here have been in the textile trade for years.
