Taj Hotel

Our place is located at Shop No 33 and 34 in Mantri Chandak Vihar. We are right on Hotgi Road in Solapur, specifically near Asra Chowk. It’s a decent spot with a lot of foot traffic. This isn't some huge skyscraper; it’s more of a local setup. We started Taj Hotel because there was space here and we knew how to run a kitchen and rooms. The 413001 zip code is home for most of us who work here. We don't go in for those polished advertisements you see on TV. We just put the sign up and started working. Every day is pretty much the same routine. We open up, check the supplies, and wait for folks to come in. Some days it’s quiet, and other days everyone shows up at once. It’s a bit of a scramble then, but we get through it. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure people have a place to sit or stay without any trouble. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, but for now, they do the job. If you are around Asra Chowk, you can't really miss Mantri Chandak Vihar. We are just tucked in there with the other shops. It’s a plain, honest business and we’re okay with that. Most of our regulars live right here in the neighborhood.
