Swastikgrow More Multipurpose Nidhi Limited is located in Akolekati, which is in the North Solapur area. Our office is set up at the home of Ambadas L. Gavali, at number 318/1. It’s a local spot where we’ve been operating for a bit now. Being in North Solapur means we are surrounded by hardworking people, many of whom work on farms or in small trades. We aren't some big institution from the city. Local people run this nidhi company from a familiar address. The setup is straightforward. Inside, there are some records, a few chairs, and a desk for doing all the calculations. Multipurpose tasks keep us busy, so one day we might be talking about savings and the next about something else. It’s never boring. People in Akolekati know Mr. Gavali’s place, so finding us isn't a problem. Fancy language isn't used here when talking to members. We just explain things as they are. Sometimes the paperwork takes a long time because every rupee has to be accounted for. We take the work seriously, even if the setting is a bit informal. It’s a community-based effort, really. We see the same faces every week and have built up some good relationships. It’s just us, working out of 318/1, trying to keep things moving forward for the village. We stay open most days and just do our best to keep the books balanced.
