Swarajyasetu Foundation

We are based at House Number 454 in the village of Upali Kh. This is in the Madha Taluka within the Solapur district. The house is a traditional village home with thick walls and a tiled roof. It is a quiet spot, away from the noise of the big cities. We use the main front room as our office for the Swarajyasetu Foundation. There are a few plastic chairs and a simple wooden table where we keep our documents. The floor is made of polished stone which stays cold on the feet. Outside, there is a small porch where we often sit in the evenings. The village surroundings are very peaceful, and you mostly hear the sounds of birds or the occasional motorbike. We don't have high-speed internet or fancy computers, just a mobile phone and some notebooks to keep track of our work. People from the nearby farms often stop by to talk or ask for information. We always keep a pot of cool water ready for anyone who visits. The address is simple and everyone in Upali Kh knows where House 454 is located. We don't have a formal dress code or set office hours; we just work when there is work to be done. It is a very basic and practical way of running things. We are just local people doing our daily tasks in a familiar setting.
