We are set up out in Khavani, which is part of the Mohol Taluka in Solapur district. Swamini Jankalyan Nidhi Limited is our name. It’s a small place, so if you are looking for us at Khavani, you’ll find us pretty quick. Being in a rural part of Solapur means we are close to the farming community. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a simple room where we keep our papers and talk to the people who come in. Most of the folks who visit are our neighbors from Mohol. We started this because we wanted to have something local here. It’s not about being the biggest, just about being available in the village. The roads out here can be a bit dusty, but we don't mind. We are used to the Solapur sun. Our office at Khavani is where all the decisions happen. We keep things very basic. No confusing talk, just simple transactions and helping out where we can. It’s a quiet life in the taluka. We take pride in being a local fixture. If you’re ever near Mohol and head towards Khavani, you’ll see where we work. It’s just us, working in the district we grew up in. Our village is small but our work is important to the people who live here.
