Svn Associates is based right in the heart of Solapur at 128, Muraraji Peth. It’s a very straightforward location for a business that doesn't like to overcomplicate things. We’ve been in this particular spot for a good while now, and most of the folks in the peth are familiar with our office. It isn’t a huge operation with a bunch of different departments. It is just a few of us working together in a couple of rooms. We handle the work as it comes in, one day at a time. The office isn't anything special to look at from the street or from the inside. We have the usual desks, some plastic chairs for people to sit on, and shelves full of files. We don’t really see the point in the whole corporate image thing. It feels like a distraction from the actual work we have to do. Solapur can get really hot during the summer months, so we spend a lot of time with the fans on full blast, just focusing on the tasks at hand. We don't have any big mission statements or visions for the future. People come in, tell us what they need, and we see how we can help them out. It's a very local, old-school way of doing things. Muraraji Peth is a good area to be based in because it’s central and easy for people to find. We have a simple routine that has worked for us for years. We start our day early and stay until the desk is clear.
