Suyash Gurukul Solapur is over in South Sadar Bazar. Specifically, you can find us at Chauhan Apartment, room 560/59, with Anand N. Inamdar. Solapur is a busy place, and our corner of it is no different. The office is usually full of papers and the sounds of people talking about schedules. Since it’s a Gurukul, there’s always a focus on learning and organizing things for the students or the community. It’s not a cold, corporate environment at all. It’s more like a busy house where everyone is working toward a common goal. Anand stays on top of the administration, which is a lot of work considering all the details that need to be handled. We have old wooden chairs and desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. We don't really care about having the newest office gadgets. As long as we have a place to sit and a way to keep records, we’re fine. The windows look out onto the street, and there’s always something going on outside. We spend our time talking to parents, organizing classes, and making sure the building is kept in decent shape. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We don’t have any fancy slogans or a marketing plan. We just open the doors every morning and do what needs to be done for the people who come here. It’s a simple, honest way to run things.
