Solapur University

Our office is located at 13, Vishram Housing Society, which is quite close to the Bhagatsing Market in Solapur. It’s an interesting spot for a university office because it’s right in the middle of where people live and shop. Being near the market means there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle a lot of the administrative tasks and coordination for the university from this building. It’s a bit of an older area, but it feels like home to us. Students and staff come by often to drop off papers or ask questions about their courses and exams. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up more than we’d like. The staff here has been around for quite some time, and we know the neighborhood pretty well. We aren’t a giant campus with marble floors; it’s more of a practical setup where we can sit down and get the filing done. In the afternoons, you can hear the sounds from the market nearby, which makes the day go by a bit faster. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through different records. It’s a quiet kind of work, mostly, but it keeps the university running behind the scenes. We like being part of the Solapur community and helping out where we can. It’s just a normal office doing its best every day and making sure everything is recorded properly.
