Sidhivinayak Hospital & Prasutri Gruh

Our hospital is located at Jaysingh Chowk in Sangram Nagar. People in Akluj know the Malshiras Road area pretty well since it’s a main route. Sidhivinayak Hospital & Prasutri Gruh is where a lot of local families go when they are expecting a baby. We’ve been here in the Solapur district for a good number of years now. It’s a busy place, especially since we handle births and general health too. The building is right on the main stretch, so there is always noise from the buses and bikes on the street. It’s a bit of an old-school setup, not like those shiny new hospitals you see in the big cities like Pune or Mumbai. We have beds and a small delivery room that stays busy. The nurses are local women who have worked here for a long time and know everyone. People come from the surrounding villages because it’s a central spot in Akluj. We don't spend any money on fancy signs or flyers. Usually, someone’s cousin or neighbor told them to come here when they were pregnant. It gets quite hectic during the monsoon season when the roads are messy. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The floor is tile and we have to mop it constantly to keep the mud out.
