Our place is out in the Chincholi MIDC area of Solapur. We are on plots A5 and A8. Being in an industrial zone means it’s all about the work here. There aren't many shops or restaurants nearby, just factories and trucks. We do cotton spinning, and the machines are running most of the time. It gets very loud, but you get used to the rhythm after a while. Solapur is known for its heat, and the MIDC area is no exception. We keep our office pretty simple because most of the action happens on the floor where the spinning is going on. We don't have a team of people to answer the phones with a script. It’s usually just one of us picking up and seeing what’s needed. We spend a lot of time checking the raw cotton and looking at the output. The building is just a standard industrial structure. We don't see the point in making it look like a palace. It’s a place for production and that’s what we focus on. Some days are longer than others, especially when a machine breaks down or a shipment is late. We just deal with it and keep moving. It’s a basic operation, run by people who know the trade. We just stick to what we know and get the job done. If you visit, you'll probably see us covered in a bit of cotton lint.
