You can find Shree Sai Swad Hotel over at Baramati Ags Layout, right on New Bel Road 1. We opened this place because we saw people looking for a decent meal that didn't cost too much. It's not really a hotel in the way big chains are; it's more of an eatery where you can get a full plate of food. The name sounds formal, but the vibe inside is very relaxed. We’ve got a few tables and some fans that keep the air moving during the afternoon heat. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been with us since the start. We do our own shopping for vegetables and grains to make sure everything is what we’d eat at home. The menu is written on a board most days because it changes based on what's available. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or lighting. Instead, we just keep the stove going and the plates moving. It gets a bit loud during lunch hours when workers from nearby offices come in, but we like the energy. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we cook, and we serve whoever walks through the door. Baramati Ags Layout has grown a lot, and we’ve just grown along with it, keeping things simple and practical for everyone who stops by New Bel Road.
