Shivgandh Khava Foundation

Shivgandh Khava Foundation is based out in the village of Nannaj in North Solapur. We are located at Kishor R Patil’s place, which is at G No. 877/1. It is a very quiet and rural area, quite a distance from the main city of Solapur. We work with khava, which is a milk product that is very important for making sweets in this part of Maharashtra. The foundation is something we started to help manage things around here. It is not a big office with glass walls; it is just a simple building in the middle of the village area. We spend our days talking to the local milk producers and making sure the foundation’s work is moving along. Being in Nannaj means we are right where the milk is produced, which makes things easier for us. Kishor Patil is well known in the area, so his place is easy to find if you just ask anyone. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or many staff members. It is just a few of us doing the work that needs to be done. The weather is usually quite dry and hot here, but we are used to it. We don't try to sound like a big company because we are just a local foundation doing our bit. If you ever visit Nannaj, you will see how we operate in a very simple and direct way.
