Our hospital is called Shirke Multispeciality Hospital And Icullp. We are based in Mangalwedha, which is in the Solapur area. You can find us on Dharamgaon Road at C.S No. 39/2/9, care of Sharad Vasantrao Shirke. It’s a local place that’s been around for some time. We aren't part of any big corporate network. It’s just a family-oriented setup where we focus on the patients who walk in. The road outside can be dusty and busy depending on the time of year, but inside we try to keep things as orderly as possible. We handle a bit of everything here, from regular checkups to the intensive care unit stuff. It’s a lot of responsibility but we just take it one day at a time. The staff knows most of the families in Mangalwedha, which makes the work feel a bit more personal. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. People just know where we are if they need us. The building is functional and serves its purpose. We keep the equipment running and the floors clean. It’s not about being the biggest or the most modern; it’s just about being reliable for the people around here. We’ve been on Dharamgaon Road for a while and we plan to stay.
