The name on the door says Pune, but this specific office is actually located in Solapur. We are right at 109, Murarji Peth, near Ramlal Chowk. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on right outside our window. Solapur is a bit different from Pune, but we’ve settled in well here since we opened up this branch. The office is a practical space where we handle the local projects for the region. It’s not a big, polished headquarters; it’s more of a working office where we deal with real-world problems and project logistics. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at blueprints on the big table in the center room. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with the company for years and some newer faces from around Solapur. We usually start the day early before the heat picks up too much. Ramlal Chowk is a good landmark, so people never have trouble finding us if they need to drop off documents. We don't use a lot of fancy language or have big meetings about vision and missions. We just look at what needs to be finished by the end of the week and we do our best to make it happen. It’s a straightforward way to work, and it suits the vibe of Murarji Peth perfectly for the team we have.
