We have what we need to keep our records straight and that is enough for us. We don't spend money on ads or marketing. We think if you do your work properly, people will eventually hear about you. That’s how it has been so far. People stop by when they have a bit of business to handle, and we sit down and talk through it. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We don't use complicated language or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just regular people from Solapur who are trying to run a decent place. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoon, but we have a fan and we keep working. It’s an honest way to spend the day and we are satisfied with it.
