Sairaj Hotel

Our place, Sairaj Hotel, sits on the Solapur Puna Highway in Yavali. It is easy to find because Sairaj Motors is right near us. This is a stop for many people driving between the two cities. The road is long and people get tired, so they pull over here to take a break. We have been in Yavali for some time now and it is a quiet enough village when the highway traffic slows down. The building is plain and we don't spend much on decorations or anything like that. We have rooms for people who need to sleep and a place to eat too. The air out here is different than the big cities, a bit more open. In the mornings, we see the sun come up over the highway and the trucks start rolling again. We keep things running with just a few people. It’s a lot of sweeping and making sure the linens are okay. Sometimes the water pressure isn't great, but we fix it when we can.
