Started out in Akluj near Maharshinagar and we have been at it for a while now. Most days here start early before the sun gets too hot because the Solapur heat is no joke. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to guys on the ground about where the sand and bricks are going to go. It isn't always pretty work. There is a lot of dust and noise, but that is how things get built. People in Yashwantnagar see our trucks moving back and forth quite a bit. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls, just a place to keep our paperwork and talk to folks who drop by. Our team is mostly local people who know the area well. We handle the paperwork, get the materials sorted, and try to make sure the walls are straight. Sometimes things go slow when the rain hits or when a truck breaks down, but we just keep moving. It is just us here, Rohan Builders, trying to get the jobs done. If you walk past the post office, we are not far away. We deal with the usual stuff like permits and cement deliveries every single day. It is hard work and our boots are usually dirty, but that is fine with us. We just focus on the building part and leave the talk to others. We’ve been based out of this Akluj address for years and it suits us just fine.
