Precision Camshafts Ltd.

Precision Camshafts Ltd. is situated out at D-5 in the MIDC area of Chincholi. It is quite a large industrial patch, and we have been a part of it for a long time. Our daily life revolves around making camshafts, which is a very detailed job that requires us to be very careful. The factory floor is a big space with lots of heavy machinery running throughout the day and night. It is definitely not a place for someone who likes peace and quiet. There is a constant hum of engines and the clanging of metal parts being moved. We have a lot of people working here in different shifts. Most of us live nearby or in the surrounding towns. We don't really have a front office for visitors to sit in. Instead, we have the canteen where we all take our breaks and talk about the day. The air always smells a bit like industrial coolant and metal. We don't do much in the way of promotional talk or fancy presentations. We just focus on the drawings and the machine settings to make sure the parts come out right. It is a long day's work, and the commute to Chincholi can be a bit tiring, but we are used to it. We take pride in just getting the job done without any fuss. It is a standard manufacturing life, and that suits us just fine.
