Pratibha Constructions

We are a construction outfit based in Solapur. Our roots are here in Maharashtra, and we've been operating in the 413002 zip code for a long time. There isn't anything particularly fancy about how we run things. We take on building projects around the city and just try to get them done right. Solapur can get really hot, which makes the outdoor work pretty grueling sometimes, but our workers are used to it. We aren't some big corporate developer from Mumbai. We are just local people who know how to handle a trowel and some concrete. Most of our days are spent checking on sites, talking to suppliers, and making sure the walls are going up straight. We don't have a big marketing department or a glossy website. People usually just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our signs at a construction site. It’s a simple business. We buy the materials, we hire the labor, and we build what needs building. We’ve seen Solapur change quite a bit over the last few years, and we are glad to have had a hand in some of that growth. It’s hard, physical labor, but it’s what we know. We aren't looking for awards, just to keep the business running and the customers satisfied with the houses or shops we build for them. It keeps us busy and we like it that way. That's about it.
