Our office is located at Plot No 155 in Vaishnav Sadan, right in the Muraraji Peth area of Solapur. If you know where the ST Stand is, we are just opposite that, over on Dharamsi Line. Prash Career Solutions handles training and helps people find jobs. It’s a small operation here in Solapur. We see a lot of young people coming in looking for their first start or maybe a change in their career path. The building is pretty easy to spot once you're in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to candidates who walk in. It gets noisy sometimes because the bus stand is so close. We’ve been here for a bit now, helping out however we can. We aren't a big corporate agency with hundreds of employees. It's mostly just us sitting at our desks, looking through resumes and making calls. Sometimes the power goes out or things get slow, but that’s just how it goes. We try to give practical advice to anyone who asks. People from all over Solapur stop by since the location is central. It’s a busy spot but we like it that way. We don't do anything too complicated, just focus on the training and placement side of things for local folks. There is always someone around to talk to if you happen to be passing by the stand.
