We set up our workshop here in the Solapur MIDC area quite some time ago. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of industrial units around us. Most days start early before it gets too hot outside because Solapur can get really warm in the summer months. Our place isn’t anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we handle our daily operations and keep things moving. We usually have a few trucks coming in and out through the day for loading and unloading. Most of the people working here are locals from the surrounding neighborhoods. We spend a lot of time just keeping track of the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of the industrial estate, so we just have to manage and wait it out like everyone else nearby. It’s just us doing our job and trying to keep the machines running without too much trouble. We don't spend much time on office decorations or anything like that since we are usually busy on the floor. If you walk down our street, you’ll hear the hum of the machines and see the staff having tea at the small stall around the corner during their break. We've got a small office section for the paperwork, but most of the activity happens in the main shed area where the real work gets done.
