Parwar Textile

Parwar Textile is located at 110 Railway Lines in the Forest area. It sounds like a strange address but it’s just where we’ve always been. You can hear the trains passing by quite often. The sound becomes part of the background after a while. We work with a lot of different fabrics here. The space is filled with huge rolls of cloth stacked up to the ceiling. It can be hard to move around when we have a lot of stock. We aren't a big factory, just a local textile place trying to keep up. The floors are usually covered in loose threads and scraps of fabric. We try to sweep up at the end of the day but it’s a never-ending job. The light comes in through some high windows which is nice in the morning. We don't have a team of managers or anything. It's just a few of us making sure the orders are right. Sometimes we get the measurements wrong and have to start over. It’s frustrating but that’s just how it goes sometimes. The Forest area is relatively quiet compared to the main city markets. We like it that way. It gives us space to breathe. We just keep the machines running and try to stay busy. It's a simple business built on old-fashioned work. We aren't doing anything fancy, just moving fabric from one place to another.
