Pandhe Construction

Our base for Pandhe Construction is located in the Kondhwa Khurd area of Pune. To be exact, we are at 303, Basera Appt. on Lane No.29 in Bhagyauday Nagar. It is a pretty crowded neighborhood, and if you are coming for the first time, you might get a bit lost because all the lanes look the same. We use this apartment as our main office to manage the different construction sites we have across Pune. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of people and cars. Usually, the office is filled with rolls of site plans and stacks of old files. We have our meetings around a simple wooden table, and there is almost always a cup of tea around. Pune is a big city with a lot of building going on, so we spend a significant amount of our time just sitting in traffic while moving between the office and our various projects. We try our best to stay organized, but with so many things happening at the same time, it can get a little messy. Someone is always on the phone with a supplier or a contractor. We are just a group of people working to make sure the buildings get finished as they should. It is not a fancy job, and our office definitely feels lived-in, but we get the work done. Kondhwa has its own busy rhythm we've adjusted to.
