We've been around Solapur for a while now. Pandhe Construction Pvt.Ltd. is based over in Budhwar Peth, at 2/5 Goura Nagar to be exact. It’s just how we do things here, keeping busy with building work and making sure the jobs get finished. The office is usually a bit hectic with papers and people coming in and out, but that's how a construction business usually looks when there's work to do. We don't really go for fancy talk. If you walk down the street in Budhwar Peth, you’ll find us easily enough. People in Solapur know the area well. It’s mostly about getting the materials on site and making sure the guys know what they’re doing for the day. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or stuff not showing up on time, but we deal with it. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation from a big city. We are just a local team doing the work we know. My desk is usually covered in site plans and coffee mugs. It’s not always pretty, but the buildings get put up. We’ve stayed in the same spot for quite a bit. Living and working in Maharashtra has its own pace. We just focus on the next brick or the next slab of concrete.
