Our place, Pandhe Construction Pvt.Ltd, is located at 13, Jamuna Amrut Nagar, which is just off Vijapur Road in Solapur. This area has been growing a lot recently, and our office is right in the thick of it. Vijapur Road is always busy, so we have the constant sound of traffic and people outside our window all day long. We have a pretty modest office where we do all the planning for our construction projects. Usually, the space is a bit cluttered with site photos, different cement samples, and heavy-duty calculators. We aren't the kind of people who like sitting behind a desk for eight hours; we much prefer being out at the sites where the actual building is happening. Every morning usually starts with a quick meeting to figure out who needs to be where and what supplies we need to order for the day. We deal with various local suppliers and try to keep a very close eye on all the expenses. It is a tough business with a lot of different pieces to manage, but we have been doing it long enough to know how to handle the problems that pop up. Sometimes things don't go as planned, like a machine breaking down or a delivery being late, and we just have to figure it out on the spot. We are a straightforward crew, just working hard to finish our jobs and move on to the next project.
