We have the office for Pandhe Construction Pvt. Ltd. set up in Yeashwantnagar, which is in the Malshiras Taluka of Solapur. We are located at Room No. A/1, right by the Pratap Krida Mandal. It is a different pace of life out here than what you find in the city. Being so close to the sports ground means there is usually some noise and energy, especially when the local kids are out playing in the evenings. Our office is a simple, practical space. We spend a lot of our time traveling to different sites all over the Taluka, so the office is often just a place where we catch up on the phone calls and handle the paperwork. We work with a lot of people from around here, and most of our workers come from the nearby villages. It is a lot of hands-on work. We are frequently out checking the foundations or making sure the materials got delivered to the right spot. The sun can get really hot in this part of the country, so we try to get a lot of the outdoor work done as early as we can. It is a very down-to-earth way of doing business. We don't bother with fancy marketing; we just let the buildings we’ve finished do the talking. We like the life here in Yeashwantnagar and being able to see our work grow into something real for the people who live in this district.
