Pandhe Construction Pri Ltd

Pandhe Construction Pri Ltd is located right in the middle of North Kasba in Solapur. This is one of the older parts of the city, so the streets are quite narrow and there is a lot of history in the buildings around us. Our office isn't some modern glass tower; it is a solid, older place where we have been doing our work for quite a while. Working in North Kasba means we are close to the center of things, but it also means we have to deal with the crowds and the tight lanes every single day. We handle all the administrative stuff here, like sorting out the payroll for the laborers and signing off on the material deliveries. The vibe in the office is very casual; you won't see us wearing suits. We are usually in our work clothes, often with a bit of mud on our shoes. We spend hours discussing blueprints over desks that are piled high with papers and samples. Sometimes people from the neighborhood just pop in to say hello or ask for some advice on a small repair they are doing at home. Construction in an old city like Solapur has its own difficulties, especially when trying to get heavy machinery through the narrow parts of town, but we make it work. We have been part of this community for a long time and just keep building, one day at a time, without making much of a fuss.
