So we are Novita Builcon Pvt. Ltd. and we are based out of Solapur, Maharashtra. It’s a busy place and we have been set up here for a good bit of time. People in Solapur know us, or at least they know the name. We aren't trying to be some huge national chain or anything like that. We just stay here and work on what needs doing. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, but that's just part of living in this part of the country. We have a small crew and we all know each other pretty well. It's not a corporate vibe here at all. We just drink our tea, talk about the projects, and get to it. You won't find us using big fancy words or trying to impress people with slogans. We just go by Novita Builcon and we are located right here in town. Being in Maharashtra gives us plenty to do. There is always something happening. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have a lot on our plate. We try to keep things simple and honest. If someone asks where we are, we just say Solapur. It's a straightforward setup. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. Just a group of people working together in a local office. We've been here long enough that it feels like home now. Our desks are usually covered in papers and we just get through the pile.
