Nirman Construction Aurangabad

We are located in a small place called Malumbra which is in the Tuljapur Taluka of Osmanabad district. It is a rural setting, quite different from the big city offices in Mumbai or Pune. Our setup is right in the village, so we are surrounded by the local community. It is a simple place where everyone knows each other by name. We don't have a fancy office building. It is just a basic space where we can sit down and handle the construction business. Most of our work involves being out on the sites, so the office is mainly for keeping records and meeting people. The pace of life here is slower and more direct. We don't use a lot of technology, just the basics to get the job done. Often we are out in the sun for most of the day and only come back to the office in the late afternoon to finish up the paperwork and check the logs. It is a practical way of living and working. We deal with people face to face rather than through emails or formal meetings. The office is often dusty from the nearby roads and the fields but it doesn't bother us. We have been here for a long time and we understand the land and the people around us. It is just a straightforward local business where we do our work and go home.
