Nesh Architects

Nesh Architects is located over at Shop No.2 in the Sunder Complex. We are on Sagar Gas Godawan Road, right across from the Chetan Foundry on Hotgi Road here in Solapur. If you know where the Gaibipeer Darga is, we are very close to that. Our little corner of the 413004 area is usually quite active with all the industrial and commercial stuff going on nearby. We spend our days working on various building designs and plans. It’s not always glamorous work, but it is important to the people who are putting their money into a new project. We are a small team and we like to keep things simple. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of the people who come to see us do so because they saw a building we worked on or heard about us from a neighbor. The office is small but it has everything we need to get the job done. Working on Hotgi Road means we are easy to reach for anyone on this side of Solapur. Sometimes the foundry across the street gets a bit loud, but we just close the door and keep working on our blueprints. We enjoy the process of seeing a drawing turn into a real building. It takes a lot of time and a lot of follow-up, but it's what we do. We just keep at it day after day because that is the only way to get things done.
