We aren't a big institution with a glass front. It’s just a room where we keep the records and meet with people. In Mudegaon, word travels fast, so we don’t need to advertise. Everyone knows we are here to help with savings and small financial needs. We spend our days going through the books and meeting with the local residents. Most of the people who come in are our friends or neighbors. We talk about the weather or the crops before we get down to the money talk. It makes the day go by faster. The office is simple.
