M/S.Bj Samson Constructions Pune

We are located in Solapur, specifically at Plot No. 69 in Ramwadi. People usually find us when they need construction work done around this part of Maharashtra. We are the same BJ Samson crew that people know from the Pune side of the business, but this is where we handle the Solapur operations. It's a busy site most days. We don't spend much time in a fancy office; we’re usually out where the mixing and digging are happening. The Ramwadi office is where we keep the records and where the trucks might be parked overnight. We’ve been doing this for a while, just taking on projects and finishing them so we can move to the next one. Construction is tough work, and it’s mostly about making sure the materials arrive on time and the workers know what they're doing for the day. We don't have a marketing team or a sales department. Usually, someone just hears about us from a neighbor and gives us a call or drops by the plot. It’s honest, local work. We deal with the heat and the dust like everyone else in Solapur. Our focus is just on the job at hand, making sure the houses or walls we build are sturdy enough for the local weather. It’s just a normal business run by normal people trying to build something that lasts for the families living here.
