Mruda Welfare Initiative Forum

Our office is situated at 920/4 Sawant Plot, just off Paranda Road in Barshi. It’s a straightforward location in Solapur. We’ve been operating the Mruda Welfare Initiative Forum from here for a bit. The area is mostly residential with some shops nearby. We aren't some big city organization with a glass building. We are right here on the ground in Barshi. Most days involve us sitting around the main table, planning out what needs to happen next. It can get quite dusty on Paranda Road, especially in the summer, but we don't mind. The building is a simple structure on the Sawant Plot. We keep our records in some old metal cabinets and use a couple of computers for the rest. It’s a modest setup. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk and talk to you. We focus on the welfare initiatives that matter to people in this part of Maharashtra. The 413401 area is our home base. We like the fact that we are reachable and local. There’s no corporate ladder here. We all just pitch in. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we close up early if things are quiet. It’s a very human way of running things. We just do our best with what we have here in Barshi. The neighborhood is friendly and we like being part of it.
