Mk Mayur Kothari

We’ve been set up here at Guru Ganesh Apartment for a while now. It’s B 103, right in Malewadi. Most people in Ahmednagar know the area well enough, especially since we’re quite close to Chandu Kaka Saraf. It’s a busy spot but our office stays fairly quiet most days. I started this place, Mk Mayur Kothari, just to handle the local work that comes our way. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but you get used to it. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we sit and get through the paperwork and drawings. People usually just drop by if they have something to discuss. There isn't really a formal reception, so you might see one of us just grabbing tea nearby. The building itself is easy to find if you’re coming from the main road. We’ve kept things simple inside because that’s just how we work. There’s no huge team here, just a few of us making sure things move along. The walls are mostly covered in old notes and some sketches. It’s not a corporate office at all. Just a regular workplace where we spend most of our hours. If you are looking for the entrance, it's just past the main gate of the apartment block. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. Sometimes we stay late to finish, and you can see the lights on from the street.
