We are out in Bhalavani. It's in the Mangalwedha area of Solapur. Mg Krushi Dhan Agrotech Private Limited is the name on all our official papers. We are mostly involved with agrotech things these days. Being in Solapur means we have to deal with the climate here. It can get very dry and dusty. We work with the local farmers around the Bhalavani area. Our office is just a simple place at the post. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or big desks. We prefer to spend our time out where the actual work happens. The people here are very hardworking. We try to fit in with that spirit. We talk about seeds, water, and tools all day long. It's not a complicated life. We started this company because we saw a need for better tools in our fields. But we are still just local people at the end of the day. We know everyone’s name in the village. We eat lunch together and talk about the crops. Sometimes we have to travel to the city for supplies, but we like it better here in the village. The dust and the sun are just part of the job. We don't make big promises to anyone. We just try to provide what is needed for the farms to keep going. It’s a family-like atmosphere here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big English words. We just want to do right by the land and the folks living here. It keeps us quite busy all year.
