We’re based out at Plot No. B-6 in the Chintholi MIDC. It’s an industrial area, so there’s not much to see except for other plots and trucks moving back and forth. We deal with minerals. It’s heavy work, involving a lot of loading and unloading. We have a small office on the plot, but most of the activity happens in the yard. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the materials coming in and making sure the piles are sorted correctly. It’s a dusty job, and we usually end the day with dirt under our fingernails. We don’t have a flashy corporate culture here. It’s mostly about logistics and managing the inventory. We talk to truck drivers, check weighbridge receipts, and make sure the orders are ready for dispatch. The sun can be quite brutal out here in the open, so we try to get the heaviest work done in the cooler hours. We’ve been part of the Chintholi industrial community for a while now. We know the other business owners around here, and we all deal with the same issues like power cuts or road repairs. It’s not a complicated business model—we get the minerals, we process or store them, and we send them where they need to go. It’s practical, grounded work that requires a bit of muscle and a lot of common sense. That is just how we run things every day.
