Malba Hospital

If you are driving along Osmanabad Road in Tuljapur, you will probably see Malba Hospital. We are right there on the main stretch. It is a convenient location because everyone knows the road, but the traffic can be a bit loud during the day. We have been here for many years. The building has seen a lot of people come and go. It’s not a brand-new facility with glass walls, but it works for what we do. I usually start my shift by checking the water and making sure the floors are swept. We have a small team here, mostly nurses and assistants from the local Tuljapur area. We get a lot of people coming in from the surrounding farms and smaller villages along Osmanabad Road. It’s a busy life, and there is always someone needing something. The lobby is simple, with some plastic chairs and a small desk where we keep the files. We don't use much fancy technology for the check-in process; we just write things down and get to work. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we have a backup to keep the lights on. It is just a regular hospital doing regular work for the people around here. We don't make big promises, we just try to be available when someone is sick. Most days are pretty standard, but we have our busy times too when the waiting room gets completely full.
